We understand. We have pets, too. Although we can’t promise every stain or odor can be completely eliminated, we guarantee to address your pet specific challenges and make it better. We use the latest products and techniques to clean and deodorize in a manner that is safe for your four legged family members. Our promise includes:
· Discussing your specific needs and concerns and customizing our service to meet your expectations.
· We will use our experience and UV technology to locate and target specific problem areas which reduces the need for excessive “broadcast” treatment of living areas.
· We use gentle detergents, heat and agitation to clean your surfaces, and then rinse afterwards leaving them residue free.
· We use the high quality natural enzymes to completely eliminate odors if we can, or reduce them to a level that is acceptable to you.
· We choose “safe to handle” stain formulas whenever possible. If we feel that a more aggressive approach is needed to treat a problem, we will consult you beforehand and clearly explain any risks and let you decide.
· If within 15 days, you are not satisfied, call us and we’ll come out and retreat any areas at no additional charge.
